We may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp) to deliver services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these platforms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

Outstanding payments remain due

Access to deliverables or platforms may be revoked

Confidentiality obligations survive termination

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
